Victoria Drakeford is Business Manager for Crossrail International, responsible for providing a wide range of business management, marketing, business development and administrative support to the CI team.
She has over 14 years of personal/executive assistant, secretarial and administrative supervisory management experience gained across a variety of global industry sectors, including construction and engineering, urban regeneration, property and real estate, and media and broadcasting.
Prior to joining Crossrail International, Victoria worked on several projects for theatre, film and television taking time out to complete a Masters in Screenwriting for Film and Television. She had previously served as PA to the Head of Property Management at Landsec, the UK’s largest commercial property development and investment company, where she managed a team of nine secretaries.
During her career, Victoria has also worked for some of the UK’s leading project management, contracting and consultancy firms, including Laing O’Rourke, where she was Executive Assistant for the company’s Engineering Excellence Group; Turner & Townsend, where she provided support to the Director of Project Management as well as managing a team of 25 PA/Team Secretaries; and AECOM, where she was Secretary to four of the company’s partners.
Victoria holds an MA in Screenwriting for Film and Television (with Merit) from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in English and American Literature from The University of Kent.
