Do you have a complaint?
Crossrail International (CI) aims to provide the best possible service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your dealings with CI, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your concerns. Alternatively, please write to the Company Secretary, Crossrail International, 3rd Floor, Albany House, 86 Petty France, London SW1H 9EA, United Kingdom.
If you are not happy with our response, you can ask our Chair to refer your complaint to the Department for Transport’s Independent Complaints Assessor (ICA). The role of the ICA is to consider whether we have handled a complaint appropriately and have given a reasonable decision. It will not cost you anything to have your complaint assessed by the ICA.
The ICA will decide if they can review your complaint and will contact you with their decision. If the ICA conducts a review, they will send you and CI a report with their findings together with any recommendations they consider appropriate.
