If you are not happy with our response, you can ask our Chair to refer your complaint to the Department for Transport’s Independent Complaints Assessor (ICA). The role of the ICA is to consider whether we have handled a complaint appropriately and have given a reasonable decision. It will not cost you anything to have your complaint assessed by the ICA.
The ICA will decide if they can review your complaint and will contact you with their decision. If the ICA conducts a review, they will send you and CI a report with their findings together with any recommendations they consider appropriate.
